Pickup & Shipping

We offer same-day local delivery to select locations in the Brooklyn Boro Park area and Lakewood, NJ, shipped directly from our store. If an item is not in stock, we will contact you to discuss other arrangements.

Orders are generally available for pickup within 4 hours. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup.
Deliveries will typically be completed within 1-2 business days.

Broken Item Policy

If an item arrives damaged, please save the box and take a picture to help us file a claim with the carrier. We will reship the item promptly.


Return Policy

All returns must be brand new, unused, and in the original packaging for a full refund.
No returns on seasonal items.

Returns are accepted within 2 weeks in-store or by shipping to our Boro Park location.
After 2 weeks, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, and tracking should be saved for the shipment.


Exchange Policy

If your purchase does not meet your satisfaction, we will gladly issue store credit for any returned merchandise. You have 20 days from the receipt of your package to initiate an exchange.
To start an exchange, please email us at info@glitzgift.com with your order number. Exchanges must be approved and returned with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Merchandise returned without an RMA will not be processed.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 20 days, and we will process a replacement for you.
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, and we do not refund the original shipping charge. Custom, seasonal, clearance, and discounted items are not eligible for exchange. All items must be returned in original condition with all packaging intact.
