Do You Offer International Shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States, including local delivery in specific Brooklyn and Lakewood areas. We are working on expanding our shipping options in the future.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking details. You can track your order directly via the carrier's website or by logging into your account on our site.
What Happens If My Item Arrives Damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please keep the original packaging, take photos, and contact us immediately. We will process a claim with the carrier and reship the item at no additional cost to you.
Can I Select a Delivery Date?
Yes, we offer the option to select a specific delivery date during checkout, ensuring your gift arrives on time for any special occasion. Simply choose the delivery date that works best for you!
Returns & Exchanges
How Can I Return or Exchange an Item?
We accept returns and exchanges in their original, unused condition within 14 days of receipt. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for full details on how to initiate a return or exchange.
Are There Any Restocking Fees?
If you return an item after 14 days, there may be a 20% restocking fee. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.
Can I Change or Cancel My Order After Placing It?
Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours. After that, we cannot guarantee any changes can be made to your order.

Online Gift Cards
Our online gift cards are perfect for digital gifts! These eGift cards are emailed directly to the recipient, making them a fast and easy way to send a thoughtful present. Please note that online gift cards cannot be used in-store.
In-Store Gift Cards
We also offer physical in-store gift cards, which can be ordered online and shipped directly to the recipient in a beautiful gift box. These gift cards are only valid for in-store use and cannot be used on our website. Order today, and we'll take care of the rest!

Split Payment Feature
Want to chip in for a gift together? Our Split Payment feature allows you to buy a gift and split the total cost with others. When you add items to your cart, you can split the payment between multiple participants. Invoices will be sent to all participants by email, and the order will only be processed once all participants complete their payment.
